    40 minutes of cardio at the gym...next to the full length mirror. Talk about motivation mixed with scrutiny.

    Friday- Basketball game with husband and son.
    Yesterday- Stair step (15 min.), back & side leg lifts (ankle weights), deltoids, biceps, calf raises (ankle weights)...I missed a week of working out, and I could tell the difference. I was really sweating!!!

    5 minutes warm up on the treadmill, 15 minutes of strength training, 30 minutes on the elliptical. I'm back on top of things and really hope to lose this other 20-30lbs before summer of 2011

    40 minutes on the treadmill and 15 on the elliptical. I really want to do less and less time on the treadmill and more time on the elliptical. I was surprised that I could get through the 15 minutes, LOL. I did a few machines but I'm about to start researching and putting together an actual routine because I feel really random right now.

    How fit do you have to be to do a...

    You don't have to strictly follow the intensity the instructor tells you. Your body will let you know how much it can take. I try to go as close as possible as my body will allow, if I'm able to do exactly as the instructor says, huzzah. If not, either I don't pedal as fast as he asks or I lower the resistance.

    30 min C25K n subfreezing temperatures (-2 degrees celsius) and I lived to tell the tale. To my suprised, I actually ran 5k in the running portion. Huzzah.
