    Step class last night. I wish the teacher would just do a follow the leader instead of all the fancy dance steps. I'm too spastic for that.

    I did Centergy this morning (55 minutes)...it's a combo of yoga and IVFgraduatetes. Today I realized that I will need to do something with my hair because I sweat like crazy in my head. But the class was GREAT! I loved it. I can't wait until I can keep up with the moves. I'll probably do the 75 minute yoga class tomorrow evening.

    I had so much friggin fun in this friggin class, LOL. All of the dancing reminded me why I enjoyed being in the band so much in high school. I'm thankful that I have rhythm too, LOL.

    Yesterday i went up Stone Mountain.. I took a hard fall coming down. Falling on rocks -ouch!! I'm just thankful that I didn't break any bones or loose any teeth. But my left leg looks like I was beaten with a baseball bat! #nopainnogain
