    I saw that the thread was closed and that made me pretty sad. I liked checking in and seeing the different exercises that people were doing. It keeps me motivated!

    Anyway I did an hour of cardio today at the gym.

    -30 minutes on the elliptcal and a little over 3 miles

    -15 minutes on the arc trainer (I have no clue what this machine is but it looked pretty fun)

    -15 minutes on the recumbent bike. It was like an interval training where you had to alternate between 60 and 100 rpm. Going 100 rpm kicked my butt.

    Yep.

    Ran out of bus rides, and I DON'T want to spend the few dollars I have left. So, I got on my bike and rode it to the office. Took me 1.5 hours. About 8 miles.

    I feel accomplished.

    No need to be sad! They close them whenever there is over 100 posts. But just like you did, you just make another one.

    I didn't exercise today or yesterday, but I did on Sunday and oh my goodness...I'm STILL feeling it.

    I walked 10.5 miles. That is the most I've ever done but it felt really good. I'm so proud about that! I'm hoping that my body will allow me to do a mile on the treadmill today but I'm still exteremely sore so we'll see.

    I didn't for the past three days because of either lack of sleep or early meetings and Sunday I don't normally exercise. I did however, walk the 3.2 miles for the Chicago Diabetes walk on Saturday and then did resistance training for an hour. I was stiff on Sunday, but I felt good. This forum topic is ironic for me. I have posted recently, but exercising is the reason I am going natural. I can't keep up the pressed, straight look and be physically kimgustafson at the same time. I have lost about 40 pounds, yeah!! Now I am looking for thicker fuller hair. This is awesome.

    ^^ No, I was just bored and remembered my highest was 8 miles so why not shoot for 10. I did 6 miles on a track and then the last 4 on a trail. I needed to get out of the house and had been wanting to just walk for a long time for the past month or so now. The weather was nice so I wanted to take advantage of it before it gets too cold to utilize the track and trails. I was trippin and i doubt I'll ever do that again.

    Yesterday I walked and jogged for one hour. Okay...I'll fess up...I was really "trotting" as opposed to jogging! But you gotta give a sister props for trying . By this time next week I'll be jogging for real though. This evening I'll be at it again. I'll admit though...I'll never fully jog all the time because I like to alternate walking and jogging.

    the most I've ever walked is 5 miles and thought my legs would fall off, but it was sooooo exhilerating to accomplish! Congrats GAN on the 10 miles, yeah it's getting nippy out and I'll be doing my Leslie DVDs and/or going to the gym. I plan to look real cute at my daughter's graduation in June so I've got 7 months to lose 60 pounds, I can do this!

    Say strawholder a "trot" is good...much betta than i can do!

    Cardio supersets with the trainer and then a couple miles on the treadmill. I haven't run for almost 2 weeks , so the fact that I didn't shoot off the back of the machine was a li'l miracle.

    214 days until the Stockholm Marathon! ...

    I jumped rope for about 30 minutes. (starting and stopping)

    Then I walked on the treadmill . (Mile)

    Weightlifting - back:
    pull ups
    1 arm rows
    straight arm pulldowns
    seated rows
    pull downs
    face pulls

    This is my recovery week so only 2 sets and 15 reps.

    -40 minutes on the cross ramp. 2.96 miles...I SO wanted to do 3, but I couldn't make it.
    -20 minutes on the recumbent bike doing intervals. It kicked my butt again! I'm hoping by the end of this week I can complete the high intervals w/o stopping.

    This is my second day of doing 55 minutes of yoga. I realized I HAD to exercise when my neck and back started hurting last week. I'm slowly working the kinks out...

    Yesterday, I ended up taking a Zumba class later in the day. Bootcamp and Zumba in one day is NO JOKE. I was in bed by 8pm!

    Wow do you think you'll do it again? I bike to school everyday but it's only about a 10-15 minute ride with about 2 hills. I have seen my calves become more shapely and my stamina has gone through the roof though.

    I did 20 minutes on the Wii fit and I've also started doing exercises with resistance bands and an exercise ball on my own.

    What kind of exercises do you do with the resistance bands? I have a set and have no clue what to do with them.

    I did my mandatory hour of cardio this morning. This 4:30 am workout stuff is wearing on me because I didn't hit any of my goals this morning. Combined I did about 7 miles and burned 600 calories (just according to the machines)

    For the past two weeks I've been getting up in the a.m. and going jogging... 5:30 a.m. M-F... I didn't go yesterday because my legs were so sore, but I did get my azz up and go this morning... I've been doing two miles... That usually takes me about 35 minutes... I've been speeding up a little bit everyday... Hopefully I can get to the point where I can do a mile in less than 15 minutes... I'm just tryna get back on the ball...

    Another 4 work out. One word: Exhausted! I'm hoping if I can get up I'll go running this weekend. I'm trying to get it in before my birthday on the 5th.
