    VEGGIE PIZZA

    2 - 8 oz. pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 â 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 à‚½ c. fresh chopped cauliflower pieces
    1 à‚½ c. chopped broccoli pieces
    1 à‚½ c. chopped carrots
    Add any of the following: sliced green olives, green pepper, radishes, chopped tomatoes.
    Pat the rolls onto a 10 x l5 inch pan. Bake 15 min. at 350à‚° F till brown. Cool.
    Mix first three ingredientsâ¦spread over crust. Sprinkle with vegetables and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    I'll be trying this after I get off this fast. I think it should be good. It's weird...I have an urge to cook. LOL. :P

    I could eat this all day..with a cup of tomato soup it's ABCDelicious!

    I forgot to mention that of course you can sub lo-cal cream of cheese and mayo and ranch dressing.
