So, how do you sleep with natural hair? I mean, I see and love all of the beautiful women with the all natural hair and the afros, but how do you sleep at night with it? With what and how do you cover your natural hairs? Please let me know.

No worries! You just chill. Sleep on the fro and let it go.

You can sleep on a silk pillowcase(best) or wrap it in a silk scarf. I really loved the free flow of my fro on silk pillowcases. (that was my first time around <_< )

I sleep with a satin night cap and sometimes I sleep on a satin pillowcase. The cap seems to keep my hair more moisturized.

Now that my hair is longer, I do fat twists before I put the cap on - keeps even more moisture in and lessens tangles.

I have no satin pillow case or night cap (yet) but believe me I have my pillow covered up and I usually braid my hair at night put on a head tie and go to sleep.

I purchased some silk fabric from Walmart for $2 a yard. I have four yards, so I cut pieces to make scarfs. I usually wrap the top portion of my mattress or my pillow with the fabric and sleep like a baby.

How do I sleep? Very soundly, since I don't have to worry about messin' up a $60 hairstyle.

Seriously, it depends on the hairstyle. 'Fro's get plaited into sections and wrapped in a scarf. Everything else just gets wrapped in a scarf.

In the morning, I spritz if needed, and go.

If my hair is not braided I put twist in it and tie my satin scarf around it. I also sleep on silk pillow cases, in case my scarf comes off.
