  • Poll - How Many Ladies Use Mineral Makeup?

A friend wants me to make her some mineral makeup. She normally wears a very heavy makup to hide some dermal problems but want to change to something else.

I figure if I am going to do that I might as well make enough to sell so I was wondering how popular this stuff is.

How many of you ladies use or have used Mineral makeup? Or know someone who does? How does it rate?

    Thanks

I use the Bare Essentials line of Mineral makeup. Nother commercial brand is Sheer cover. Both have websites I think.

I bought mine from an infomercial after my sis told me how much she loves hers.

I don't wear much makeup, but this stuff feels light and I can match it to my face color exactly without looking made up.

    I love it.

If you can make it, then please let me know.

I have always wanted to know how to make stuff like this, but never took the time to figure it out.

I think so, I may need to read the packaging again. It doesn't contain any of those that I remember, but it does have and SPF ingredient and colors. The powder is fine, and I only use very little for covereage.

I do like it, it was not cheap, $60 for a two month supply, but for me who doesn't use it everyday, that might last me almost a year.

I also use bare minerals and I love it. I still have a lot of scars from acne and I'm prone to breakouts. Other make-up seemed to really do more damage as I was trying to clear my face and still look presentable.

If you can make a really good quality, you can probably make a fortune. Bare minerals retails at $25.00 for 2 grams.
