  • Leg Spots?

Do you all know what I mean? I want to say it's razor burn, but I hardly shave, and it's not irritated or raised...just that the pores on my legs are really dark and noticeable.

I'm not eager to go the ambi route, cause I'd probably have to apply to each individual pore with a pinhead or something

Does anyone have any suggestions to even out these spots on my legs? Thaks in advance!

Break out your loofah or bath brush and maybe a salt scrub and get your exfoliation on... after a week, you should see a difference. It's probably a buildup of dead skin cells and ingrown hairs.

I remember in another post someone mentioned that using black soap and shea butter on the spots helps fade them.

If you have it on the outer prtion of yiour legs and arms it might be Keratosis Pilaris. It looks like little black spots on your legs. If you want more information go onto www.keratosispilaris.org. I think that is the website.

I agree! Try doing it on a weekly basis - but don't be too rough!

interplanet thanks so much for this. Some of the descriptions on that site ring true for me, like the problem being more noticeable after i moisterize.
I'm going to try the loofah for a couple weeks, and if I don't notice an improvement, I'm going to head to the derm. Thanks again
