    How are you ladies doing with the IF? The Christmas break gave me too much time to sit around and eat but once school starts back this will be perfect to begin again. Post your updates!

    I tried Fast-5, but I was still super hungry all day after a week! I think I know what I was doing wrong: too many carbs during my eating window. I'm starting again on Monday (with Paleo/low carb eating this time).

    I'm back on my IF plan from before the holidays. I've lost 5 of the 10 pounds I gained. I really need to get back to exercising too.

    I don't do Fast 5. I do a full fast on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week.

    Are folks still doing this? I unintentionally started doing this again last week, and I love it just the same as before
    I'm not doing a strict paleo but I'm keeping my carbs low...my eating window in the evening (about 7pm-to bed)...the rest of the day i'm just drinking water/crystal light...
