For my deep conditioners, I mix cheapie conditioner (Suave/VO5), honey and either castor or coconut oil. Apply to damp hair and cover with plastic cap and scarf. Sometimes I'll sleep in this. Nice!
fyi: Never use honey as a styling agent in the wintertime. I did this last Thursday and...can you say EWWWW? My hair was so hard...now in the summertime mixed with a bit of conditioner, no problem. Lesson learned

I am trying a honey regimen for the first time and yes my hair did come out soft. I was a little skeptical because normally i deep condition after i shampoo but this person said do it first and my hair came out really soft. I am now waiting for the ends to dry to feel the final results

I just did my first set of 2-strand twists since my BC. I used raw honey (just a tiny bit for each strand) and sealed the ends with my olive/coconut/avocado oil mix. I kept them in for 2 days and when I took them out my hair was SOOOOOO SOFT!!!!!! I had everybody touching my hair (and I usually HATE when people touch my hair)! And it had such a great sheen to it!

**The raw honey I used comes in a container and kind of looks creamy/buttery.
