  • Diets Plans For Eating Healthy


    I'm 5'2" and 110lbs..so i'm not overweight at all. I would like to lose 5 pounds, but i know i dont NEED to. Mainly i just want to have a healthier diet. I eat way too many cookies and chips. I love fruit and try to replace cookies and stuff with fruits, but its hard. Anyone know of a plan, book, or anything that is geared towards healthy eating and not weight loss?? I feel like if i had a good list of recipes that i could make a grocery list from than I would be more motivated to eat right. The only plans i see are Atkins and South beach and low-carb is just not for me. Anybody have any suggestions???

    Go to your local library or book store and check out a book called the color code. This books explains all the things needed for a healthy life style when it comes to selecting your foods.

    It's a Christian based weight loss/life style program. The concept is that you learn to listen to your body. Eat whatever you want till you're no longer hungry - but then you stop and don't eat again until you're hungry. You end up eating about 1/3 - 1/4 of what you'd typically eat.
