  • Carol's Daughter Skin Care

    Hello all,
I have recently begun using the Shiseido line, which works very well. However, it is EXTREMELY expensive (moisturizer is 26 dollars) and when I move I will have to order it online. Carol's Daughter is not QUITE as expensive, so ordering it online wouldn't be a TERRIBLE idea. I recently purchased the wash away the oil gentle cleanser, and the geranium toner, and I added a little glycerin to give my skin a little moisture. I like having alternatives, so I am going to give this a trial run. So far, I haven't felt the stripping, drying feeling that I have with other natural products. The wash and toner smell wonderful. Has anyone else used Carol's Daughter facial care? What were your results??

Never tried but I'm looking at natural moisturisers too, the face butter looks scrumptious.

Well, I added vegetable glycerin to the toner, and that seems to be moisturizinfg without bein oily. I know that anything that has shea butter and oils is a no-no for my acne prone face.

I use the face butter at night (year round) and it makes my skin very smooth and clear. During the day in the summer, it's a little too much, but in the winter it's the bomb!!! It really protects my skin and makes it supple without being too oily.

I've used the toner, but it made me break out! I hardly ever break out, so I know there's some strong stuff in that toner!
