    Hi Keylin,

This website is devoted to people with the kinkier hairtypes, ie. 3cs and 4s. You might try naturallycurly.com. There are people there with looser curl patterns who are also transitioning from relaxers.

Well, is that your hair type with or w/o chemicals just because if it isn't, it will be different when you stop altering the texture? Also, everyone who wishes to stop altering the texture of their hair (either with heat or chemicals) can transition. Transitioning is the process of growing your hair out without altering the texture until you reach the length and the attitude that you feel comfortable enough to cut the straightened sections off your hair and emerge completely natural. HTH a little.

ETA: You are welcome here, while the focus is on kinkier types, everyone looking for support or information is welcome. Look at both sites, and compare information. I'll agree not every place is for everyone.

Well I have 2c hair (in the front) and nappy in the crown and back..and I love this site. Since my hair is very course the naturally curly site was not for me. I would suggest that you hangout a while and just see what works for your hair and what does not.
